You are generous in giving of your time, expertise, and hard personal stories in ways that help other people to come to some new and productive realizations. You have built friendships and family connections that bridge over the thorns and moats of systemic barriers. You knit things that make weird body stuff seem adorable and squishy in the good way. Yes, they sure can. I am trying to embrace journey and process and the inherently-imperfect excellent to help cope with this, but that's a struggle in its own right.
