"I am glad of another opportunity to compete with Yuri Katsuki, of course, but I want to pet his poodle!"
'Exit,' Yūri tries to say, and when the word doesn't come he snaps his fingers twice. Or tries to. Victor picks up on the cues Yūri isn't consciously giving, anyway, tugging lightly at his leash to lead Yūri somewhere quiet, away from Phichit's phone and the impossible sound of Nikiforov-senshu praising Yūri.
